Varney Alieu Folley

Varney, a public sector reform specialist, has over 17 years of experience enhancing Liberia's public sector. His skills in policy analysis, project management, and governance have contributed to impactful reforms. As a lecturer in Monitoring and Evaluation at LIPA, he has designed frameworks for governance and judicial initiatives. Varney holds two master’s degrees in Public Sector Management and Advertising & Public Relations, and a BSc in Business Administration.
