Dr. Wusu Dumbuya is a versatile professional with expertise in higher education, research, and strategic development. Currently serving as the Director of Institutional Research and Development at Bushrod College of Science and Technology in Monrovia, Liberia, he leads efforts to enhance academic quality and program development. Holding a PhD in Education from Norfolk State University, Dumbuya's background includes roles in brand strategy, content development, and data science. His work emphasizes innovation in education and strategic growth to advance institutional goals​

MTOB’S Mission and Vision

Vision: The overarching goal or vision of DEN-L is to see a Liberia at peace with itself and its neighbors. The MTOB-DSC envisages an environment with useful and excellent training opportunities that are responsive to the needs of our participants and prepare them to overcome personal, institutional, and societal challenges to foster growth at all levels.

 

Mission: MTOB-DSC is committed to providing its participants with quality and useful skills and educational experiences that support the successful completion of degrees, diplomas, and certificates in relevant programs based on participants' needs. The Center fosters academic and career success through a real-life development learning approach and critical thinking and analysis. The Center promotes equity (regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, political, or religious affiliation), meritocracy, honesty, and accountability through measurable learning outcomes.
